Srivastava holds a strong academic background in both biotechnology and clinical embryology. He completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology, followed by two Master of Science degrees, one in Clinical Embryology and another in Biotechnology. This dual expertise allows him to understand and apply both biological principles and specialized embryology techniques in his work.

In addition to his academic qualifications, Srivastava has actively pursued professional development opportunities. He has undergone various training programs, including a one-month course on In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) endorsed by a prestigious German university, training on ICSI from a renowned centre affiliated with international organizations, and additional training in embryo biopsy.

Furthermore, Ajay has actively pursued a one-month program on IVF/ICSI endorsed by a prestigious German university, training on a specific technique called Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), and specialized training in embryo biopsy. Beginning his career as an Embryologist at Malhotra TEST TUBE BABY Center in Agra, he served from October 2009 to August 2013. Following this initial experience, Srivastava elevated his role to that of a Senior Embryologist at Rainbow IVF in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, from September 2013 to September 2016. In October 2016, Srivastava took on a new challenge as a Senior Embryologist at Medicover Fertility, where he worked until March 2022. The next step in Srivastava's career saw him taking on leadership roles; in March 2022, he became the Chief Embryologist at Birla Fertility and IVF. Currently, Srivastava serves as the Chief Embryologist at Crysta IVF Fertility. In this role, he continues to lead and innovate in the field of reproductive medicine, using his vast experience and knowledge to help couples achieve their dreams of parenthood. His journey reflects a dedication to excellence, continuous learning, and a commitment to advancing the field of embryology.

Throughout his illustrious career, Ajay Kumar Srivastava has achieved remarkable milestones that underscore his expertise and commitment to the field of embryology and ART. A significant highlight of his professional achievements includes conducting over 9000 cycles of ICSI. In addition to his expertise in ICSI, Srivastava has successfully performed more than 4500 cycles of IVF. Moreover, Srivastava mastery in the field is further illustrated by his completion of over 7000 cases of cryopreservation.

Srivastava actively participates in the professional community by attending various conferences and workshops. He has presented his expertise as faculty at prestigious events like the ESCO Medical Workshop in Bangkok (March 2023), the Indian Society of Assisted Reproduction (ISAR) conference (February 2023), and the Academy of Clinical Embryologist (ACE) conference (August 2022). He has also contributed to the ISAR conference in 2019 and the South Asian Federation of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (SAFOG) conference in 2013 as faculty. Additionally, Srivastava has broadened his knowledge by attending conferences as a delegate, including ISAR (2018), the Indian Fertility Society (IFS) (2019), the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) (2019), and the ACE conferences in 2018 and 2015. Mr. Tarun Kumar Singh is an experienced Chief Embryologist with an M.Sc. from Bhabha University, Bhopal, and extensive expertise in both andrology and embryology. He has successfully performed over 3000 oocyte scans and denudations, 2000+ ICSI procedures, embryo transfers, and cryopreservation cycles, along with experience in PGD cases.

Mr. Singh is skilled in advanced techniques like working with Closed Working Chambers, RI Witness systems, embryo biopsy, vitrification, and thawing. His meticulous approach to lab quality control, documentation, and equipment care ensures the highest standards of treatment, supporting couples in their journey toward parenthood.

Mr. Narendra Kumar comes with vast experience of more than 15 years as an embryologist. He is an eminent part of Crysta IVF, functioning as a Senior Embryologist for the Patna Center. He has hands-on experience in Oocytes Retrieval & Denudation, Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection, Embryo Assessment, and transfer which has helped him serve thousands of couples planning to start their family through Assisted Reproductive Technology. He is well-equipped to handle instruments such as electrophoresis, Incubators, autoclaves, and analyzers. He continuously upgrades himself by attending seminars and workshops on instruments and trends in biosciences to make the journey of parenthood convenient for expecting couples.

Mr. Lakshmikanta Sahu is a skilled Senior Embryologist with an M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Khallikote University and extensive hands-on experience in embryology and andrology. He is proficient in advanced procedures like IVF, ICSI, and NICS, and has independently performed over 200 ICSI cycles using RI and Narishige micromanipulators.

Mr. Sahu has completed more than 300 embryo transfers with a remarkable success rate of 70%. His expertise includes oocyte handling, embryo grading, vitrification, thawing, and semen analysis as per WHO standards. He is committed to maintaining high-quality lab standards to support couples in achieving parenthood.

Mr. Sonu Rajpoot is an experienced embryologist with a B.SC in biotechnology who is currently associated with Crysta IVF fertility centre in Lucknow. He has experience of 7+ years in assisting couples in their journey to parenthood through guidance and proper examination and analysis. He holds expertise in the microscopic investigation of semen, sperm, and DNA quality and embryo culture for proper fertilization.

He holds extensive knowledge of embryo transfer and the technicalities involved in successful In Vitro Fertilization. He is proactively involved in updating himself with the latest technology and innovation by attending conferences to assist couples in their journey toward a healthy and successful pregnancy.

Dr. Hirak Saha is a highly experienced Clinical Embryologist and Research Scholar with over 10 years of expertise in IVF and Assisted Reproductive Technology. He has successfully handled more than 5000 IVF cases and has worked with renowned fertility centres like PHs Fertility, Genome Kolkata, and is known for his precision in embryology procedures that improve treatment outcomes for couples.
