In October 2016, Srivastav took on a new challenge as a Senior Embryologist at Medicover Fertility, where he worked until March 2022. The next step in Srivastav's career saw him taking on leadership roles; in March 2022, he became the Chief Embryologist at Birla Fertility and IVF. Currently, Srivastav serves as the Chief Embryologist at Crysta IVF Fertility. In this role, he continues to lead and innovate in the field of reproductive medicine, using his vast experience and knowledge to help couples achieve their dreams of parenthood.
